We guarantee all plants to be properly identified
and graded in accordance with the American Association of Nurserymen standards. We
guarantee all stock to be healthy and pest free at the time of delivery. Any stock
proving otherwise at the time of purchase will be replaced, credited to your account, or
money refunded.
Proper handling and transplanting of stock is the customers responsibility, and we do not
warrant conditions beyond our control; such as extreme heat or cold, lack of water, abuse,
or neglect. In almost all cases where plant loss can be attributed to us, the
problem will develop in the first 90 days. . .
If plant loss does occur during the first 90 (ninety) days we will replace it once.
(Dormant perennials and deciduous stock purchased in fall or winter are guaranteed
to begin new growth the following spring.)
No more than one plant replacement per plant.
We stand ready to
replace any stock that fails due to reasons that are demonstrably our fault, regardless of
time passed.
