ABOUT OUR PLANTS SHIPPING & HANDLING GUARANTEES

Offers: are made in good faith to the gardening public. Prices listed cancel any previously published and are subject to withdrawal, prior sale, or change without notice.

Contingencies: We reserve the right to prorate, cancel, accept, or refuse any order in whole or in part for any reason or for no reason.

Availability: Check our Current Availability for the latest information on new plants, current sizes, and prevailing prices.

Payment: Payment by check or credit card must be obtained before shipping or to hold plants. Credit cards are not charged until actual shipping time for current delivery dates. For future delivery dates more than 30 days a 50% deposit must be obtained or charged to credit card to hold plants.

We do not substitute plant varieties unless instructed to do so by the customer. We will substitute sizes of the same variety if the size ordered is unavailable.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available in any amount.

We are not open to the public, and are not prepared for drop in customers.
Our agricultural land zoning (and tax rate), and our general liability insurance do not permit retail customers at the nursery. The mailing address (5865 Steeplechase, Bartlett, TN) is our home/office address.
